A well-established construction company based in Maitland is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate
- Relevant Degree. Course in Sales and Marketing
- +-5 years relevant marketing experience
- +-2 years industry experience
- MUST have a Construction, Real Estate, Marketing/ Branding, Agricultural or a Professional QS background
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transport
- Gain sufficient industry insight to generate the maximum amount of leads per month
- Strategically engage with client or professional team to accurately communicate the brand and organisation.
- Calculated engagement and communication to be applied throughout to secure new projects.
- Represent company at all functions
- Project Liaison and internal liaison
- Timeously collect documents once tender invite has been received.
- Timeously provide estimating department with sufficient information relevant to the prospect tender.
- General administration
- Professionally generate tender submission.
- In Public Sector – ensure timeous collection of payment certificate and submitting of invoices.
