Introduction:

An excellent opportunity has become available to join the Collections division of a growing Legal firm based in Hatfield, in the capacity of Call Centre Floor Manager/ Team Lead.

 

Requirements:

  • An applicable post-school qualification will be an advantage
  • In-depth experience within a Call Centre, focused on Collections with proven management experience
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation regarding debt collecting and the National Credit Act
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Well-developed planning, time management, and organisational skills
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and direct teams
  • Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
  • Strong training, coaching, and motivational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to compile reports
  • Commitment to exemplifying the highest integrity and professional business standards
  • Ability to handle escalated calls, disputes and maintain professional phone etiquette skills
  • Exercise sound judgment based on company policies and regulatory legal regulations
  • Clear ITC judgment record

 

Schedule:
This position is permanent full-time role, Monday to Thursdays from 07:30 to 16:30, Fridays 7:30 until 14:30 with rotating schedules every other Saturday.
