Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with the brand manager and be responsible for the following:

Marketing admin & activities

 

- Co-ordinate and manage marketing material and all marketing related activities.

- Assist and co-ordinate marketing campaigns and events.

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with the different divisions and teams.

- Coordinate with the various teams and ensure that the marketing objectives are met.

- Continue assessment on different marketing needs from the divisions and develop initiatives to support these needs.

 

Brand:

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with the different suppliers.

- Ensure that all marketing material is developed according to the corporate identity (C.I).

- Contribute to the marketing strategy and execution thereof.

- Contribute to the internal and external communication strategy and execution thereof.

- Contribute to the development of the company culture strategy.

 

Media:

- Contribute to the P.R strategy and execution thereof.

- Establish and maintain professional relationships with the different media companies.

- Co-ordinate and assist in developing content.

- Ensure that media deadlines are met, and artwork submitted according to the C.I.

- Ensure that content is shared via all the various online channels.

 

Online & Social:

- Contribute to the social media strategy and execution thereof.

- Assist in creating and executing social media posts.

- Assist in online monitoring and analysis.

- Assist in managing the online community and presence.

 

Communication

- Contribute to the internal and external communication strategy and execution thereof.

- Assist in developing the client relationship management and marketing process.

- Assist in creating the brand internal communication process to all divisions and locations

- Continue assessment on communication needs from clients and develop initiatives to support these needs.

- Continue assessment on communication needs from employees and develop initiatives to support these needs.

 

Candidate Profile Description Requirements:

- Has more than 2 years’ experience in relevant fields.

- Has a relevant degree from University, Academy or Technikon
