An excellent opportunity has become available to join a leader within the business furniture and office interior design space as a Sales guru.

Key role:

Manage and grow existing customers base by promoting and upselling the companys product range. Ensure customer satisfaction from conceptual phase until installation phase on all company products and services.


  • Project Management Qualification will be an advantage
  • At least 3 years’ Accounts Management experience with a target driven focus
  • Solid experience in Project Management
  • Must Have Sales experience within Turnkey Design/ Interior Design Market
  • Proven Sales Target record
  • Experience working on a CRM system
  • Strong negotiating and selling skills with the ability to “Close the Deal”
  • Analytically minded, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels within the organisation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to work in high paced environment and to multitask
  • High customer service ethic – passionate about meeting customer needs

  • Create and manage strong relationships within existing client base

  • Upselling standard products where possible
  • Provide design proposals on custom briefs
  • Plan, execute & quality control all projects

  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry
  • Ensuring all administration relating to sales is completed effectively

Salary: Basic salary of R20 000 to R23 000 with a competitive commission structure
