External Sales/Key Accounts

Functional Area:


Brief Description of the position:


To attend to all aspects of technical sales

Key Performance Areas:


  • Design and develop new products for the local industry
  • Support the existing OEM’s , working closely with engineers in implementing new products
  • Support the aftermarket on all technical aspects of the company range products
  • Assist in manufacturing of kits
  • Develop new systems , design , carry out prototypes, document and create BOM with both and customers part numbers until sign off
  • Call on fleets to promote company products
  • Conduct training on basic truck and trailer ABS and EBS.
  • Support the Afrit trailers in KZN
  • RFQ on new products and carry out ISIR

Skills Required:

  • Motor vehicle ,

Test gauges ,

  • EBS and ABS electronic test equipment and catalogues
  • 5 years experience in Commercial Vehicle sales

Tertiary Qualification:

  • Apprenticeship with technical sales



Salary: Market Related
